Mindfulness for Better Sleep

When: Tuesday, Mar. 19, 2024, from 7—8:15 pm
Where: Amelito Mirolo Barn, 4395 Carriage Hill Lane, Upper Arlington
Register: Online or call 614-583-5300.

If you find yourself feeling alert in the middle of the night, this workshop gives you empowering tools you can use right away. It goes beyond the typical sleep hygiene tips you are likely already familiar with by sharing counterintuitive ways to respond to this common challenge.

Mindfulness offers a variety of ways to relate more compassionately to the inevitable challenges of life — including trying to get the rest you need.

This is the last of three classes in the winter mindfulness series. Attending the first two sessions isn't required, but it would give you a boost in applying mindfulness to your sleep challenges.
