What is mindfulness and how does it support a healthy lifestyle?

Mindfulness practice has been proven to reduce the prevalence of things like anxiety, tension, fatigue, and depression. It has also been shown to improve blood pressure and reduce stress.

Learn the basics of what mindfulness is and how a regular practice can benefit your mind and body.

Guided practice will be incorporated into this session.
